We have undertaken many tree surveys and produced schemes of strategic and plot landscape design to include hard and soft landscape design, public open space and play area design for residential developments to satisfy planning conditions and gain planning approval for developments throughout East Anglia. Play area design has included Neighbourhood Equipped Areas of Play (NEAP), Locally equipped Areas of Play (LEAP) and Local Areas of Play (LAP).
Working with our ecological consultants, ELD is also able to provide Ecological Surveys and EcoHomes Assessments for new developments to comply with the EcoHomes Guidance to include:
- ECO1 – Ecological Value of site
- ECO2 - Ecological Enhancement
- ECO3 - Protection of Ecological Features
- ECO4 - Change of Ecological Value of Site
