Consideration of Local Plan designations in relation to proposed development may also be considered at this stage, to ensure a complete design assessment and to achieve the best landscape, environmental and planning solution.
From a Site Survey and Appraisal, ELD can understand and interpret for you:

- Landscape & Visual Assessment of: character, quality, topography, drainage, existing vegetation, Local Plan designations, views in / out & visual impacts.
